This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use meshpartner.com, our customer portal, phone or SMS channels (including (888) 408-MESH), email, or otherwise interact with Mesh commercial laundry services.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and business details — name, business name, email, phone, service address, industry, and notes you provide in quotes, tickets, or support requests.
• Account and billing data — portal account information, invoices, payment status, and payment method metadata (for example last four digits and brand). Card numbers are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on Mesh servers.
• Communications — emails, call logs, voicemails, and SMS/text messages you send to or receive from Mesh, including opt-in and opt-out preferences.
• Usage and device data — approximate location derived from IP, browser/device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics needed to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use information

• Provide quotes, proposals, pickup/delivery scheduling, and customer support.
• Create and manage customer accounts and invoices.
• Send service-related communications by email, phone, or SMS when you request contact or have opted in.
• Improve our website, operations, and security; prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you text our toll-free number, check an SMS consent box on our site, or otherwise expressly opt in, Mesh may send you texts about your quote, support request, account, or related service updates.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
• Consent to text is not a condition of purchasing Mesh services.

We use Twilio (or a similar messaging provider) to deliver SMS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate Mesh (hosting, email, SMS, payments, maps/places, analytics) under contractual limits.
• Fulfillment partners who process or deliver laundry for your account, limited to what they need to perform the work.
• Professional advisors and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, and basic site function. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you disable them.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to update or delete certain information as described below.

Mesh services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of Mesh after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
